Description:
Responsible for providing clerical and support service for the efficient operation of the executive department.
- Provide clerical support as required by the Executive Staff including answering the telephone, ordering office supplies, booking meeting rooms, maintaining programmatic filing systems, Xeroxing, writing and distributing emails and memos.
- Take, type, distribute and maintain a collection of minutes at various administrative and staff meetings.
- Administrative liaison to Board of Directors.
- Other Duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, BA preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, skilled in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Data Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication, customer service skills and excellent writing skills.
- Ability to take Dictation.
- Three to five years Administrative Assistant experience.
